How do I start the listing process?
After you check out you will receive instructions on how to fill out the MLS questionaire, attach required documents, and upload pictures.
What services are included in the hybrid listing?
Our hybrid listing includes adding your home on the MLS and syndicating the listing to third party sites such as Zillow, Trulia, and your local brokerages. You’ll get basic support from a licensed real estate agent including a cometitive market analysis to help determine the value of your home, help with documentation and disclosures and contract reivew before signing. You will interact directly with buyers agents to manage showings, and review or negotiate offers.
Can I make changes to my listing?
Yes, you can update your listing at any time. Just contact our support team, and we’ll assist you with any modifications needed.
Do I pay a buyers agent?
That’s fully negotiable and not required. You may be asked by buyers or their agent to offer a buyers agent commission. This is for you to deciede and negotiate with each individual offer. Offering a buyers agent comission may generate more showings and offers.
